Neuchâtel — wow! Brings back good memories.
When I was a student working at ESA, I was sent to the Observatoire de Neuchâtel, for an operational training on a “Cesium-based Atomic Clock” — a unique product of the Observatoire, very useful in the tracking of deep space satellites, which required extremely stable clocks!
I remember the city to be a very charming place, and I remember the local red wine was excellent!
